On-site Registration
The online registration for GCCE has closed. A person who has already completed his/her registration payment can get the receipt at the GCCE registration desk every conference day. If you need any other documents for your companies and universities, please do not hesitate to contact us. After Sep. 7, the cancelation deadline, GCCE will not refund the registration fee for any reason.
If you didn't made the "pre-registration", you can register and pay for GCCE at our registration desk in the conference venue. The following payment methods are available there:
- Credit card (must be compatible with 3D secure)
- Cash (Japanese Yen only)
Registration of CEATEC and CEATEC conferences
GCCE participants can freely enter the CEATEC hall without any registration for CEATEC.
GCCE 2012 will use a common badge (name tag) with CEATEC and all registered GCCE attendees are welcomed to CEATEC from October 2nd to 5th.
CEATEC will manage and count the attendees with the badge, so please pick it up at the GCCE registration desk before going to CEATEC and out Keynote Addresses and Special Symposiums.
If you would like to attend conferences held at CEATEC (except GCCE sponsored events), please book it for yourself.
Registration
The GCCE2012 participants must make registrations through GCCE2012 Registration Site, and pay the fees according to your type of registration given below.

There are 8 types of registration fees in total, consisting of 7 full registrations to participate the conference, and one for accompanying person.

Student: Full-time Students
Please send us copies of your Student ID Card (both sides) or Student Registration Certificate written in English to the below address.
Please be noted that if the document may not arrive within one week of your registration payment, we may cancel your student registration.

Please write your name and Inquiry No. (6-digit Inquiry No. written in an email "[IEEE GCCE2012] Registration/Application Confirmation for Registration" automatically sent from registration system) clearly.
The above fees for 7 registration types include the following expenses for one person.
- All of the conference programs during the GCCE2012 period including keynote addresses, and sessions.
- A Proceeding CD-ROM
- An Abstract Book
- Fees for Reception Party in the evening of Tuesday, October 2.
- Award Ceremony and Banquet in the evening of Thursday, October 4.
Accompanying Person:
An accompanying person is not allowed to register independently.
Accompanying persons are not allowed to participate in the conference program, however, the fees includes below for one person.
- Fees for Welcome Reception in the evening of Tuesday, October 2.
- Award Ceremony and Banquet in the evening of Thursday, October 4.
Early-bird Deadline
Early-bird rates will be automatically applied to the payment completed before 14:59, Thursday, August 23, 2012 (UTC), at the GCCE2012 Registration Site.
Please be sure to complete your payment as early as possible, as it is expected that the on-line system will be highly congested immediately before the deadline which may cause registration failures due to system errors.
For accepted authors
Authors who have more than 2 accepted papers can use a special option to register the additional paper. For details, please visit Instructions to Authors.
On-line Registration and Cancellation Fees
The GCCE2012 Registration Site will end all of the transactions at 14:59, Friday, September 7 (UTC).
After 15:00, Friday, September 7 (UTC), please contact the secretariat for the registration, and make payment on-site at the reception desk on the day of the conference.
In case of cancellation at the Registration Site before 14:59, Friday, September 7, 2012 (UTC), we will make a full refund of the fees paid.
No refunds will be given for any reason whatsoever for cancellations made after 14:59, Friday, August 23, 2012 (UTC).
Additional registration or changes for the Accompanying Person Program can be made by 14:59, Friday, September 7, 2012 (UTC) at the Registration Site. For any additions and changes after that date, please contact the secretariat.
No refunds will be given for any reason whatsoever for cancellations made for the Accompanying Person Program, made after 14:59, Friday, September 7, 2012 (UTC).
