Presentation Guidelines

URLs for online participants

The sessions will be held in a hybrid format (on-site + online).
The URLs for each room are shown below.
When you join the session, please change the display name to your name and registration number, e.g. "e99 I. Suzuki".
The pass cord is same one in All rooms for IEEE GCCE 2023 Hybrid-style, and is provided by e-mail.

Oral Presentation

Each Oral presentation (on-site and online) has 20 minutes: 15 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for Q&A, and 1 minute for alternation to the next.

On-site presentations will be given in the session room and transmitted to Zoom by webcam for online attendees.
Online presentations will be given by Zoom in real-time and projected in the session room.
Zoom URLs for session rooms will be announced one week before the conference.
Please note the access code will be e-mailed only to the Registrants.

For Online Oral Presenters

Online Oral Presenters MUST submit presentation videos (MP4) up to 15 minutes on EDAS (Deadline: Oct. 9).
The conference staff will play the video instead of the real-time presentation in case of trouble.
[Attn] If the presenters are ABSENT at the session (Zoom) on time and no submitted video, the papers are treated as "NO-SHOW" and NOT published in IEEE Xplore.

Poster (On-site)

Presentation

Presenters will be divided into two groups and present their papers alternately. The core time for each group is for 45 minutes.

Panelboards for each poster will be provided each morning.
The board is 2.1 meters high and 0.9 meters wide, maximum A0 size (1.190m x 0.841m) poster is available. Materials for attaching the poster, e.g., pushpins, will be at the poster session room.
Poster titles will be indicated in the label on the panel. Please complete setting up your Poster and Demo before the start time of each session.
Presenters MUST be in front of the poster panel and present during the core time below.

About the Demo space

There is enough space for demonstrations.
The layout can be changed on the day of the demonstration. Please ask our staff on the day.
Each demo space has a desk and an outlet tap.

The height of the desk: xx cm (under investigation)
There is only one outlet, so if you need more than one outlet, please bring your own TAP.

Session

If you want to change the presentation assigned to the on-site Poster session to online, it will be moved to the POS-V session on Oct. 12.

Presentation

Short oral presentations will be given via zoom. (zoom URL:(in preparation))
Each presentation time is 3 minutes. (+ 1 min. to switch to the next presenter)
Then, a question-and-answer session in individual zoom breakout rooms.
Poster materials (PDF, JPEG) MUST be submitted on EDAS. Deadline: Oct. 9.
The poster: A4 sized image of landscape orientation
The Virtual Poster Space will be opened at 1PM Oct. 12th.
Please set your displayed name in the Zoom as "[Registration Number] [First Name] [Last Name]", e.g., "e99 I. Suzuki".
Presenters MUST in your zoom breakout room and present during the core time below.
