The GCCE 2017 participants must make registrations through GCCE 2017 Registration Site, and pay the fees according to your type of registration given below.

Type of Registrations

There are 16 types of registration fees in total, consisting of 14 full registrations to participate the conference, and Official Event Pass for accompanying person. We may change the registation fees according to number of submissions.

The above fees for 14 registration types (Regular IEEE & CE Society Member, Regular IEEE Life Member, ..., Special GCCE Reviewer) include the following expenses for one person.

All of the conference programs during the GCCE 2017 period including keynote addresses, tutorials and sessions.
A Proceedings
An Abstract Book
Fees for Reception Party in the evening of Tuesday, October 24.
Award Ceremony and Banquet in the evening of Thursday, October 26.

Additional Paper

This is only for the accepted authors who make at least one registration.

If you are the author of two or more accepted papers, you can register the additional one paper by selecting this option.

Please note the following:

The number for additional paper is limited with only one for one registration.
This additional fee DOES NOT include any participation expenses for one person.
This additional fee is available by the Early-bird deadline.

In other words if a single author submits 3 papers, the first and third paper require one registration fees while the second paper requires the additional paper fee.

Official Event Pass for Accompanying Person:

Accompanying persons are not allowed to participate in the conference program, however, the participate in followings events with this pass.

Early-bird Deadline

Early-bird rates will be automatically applied to the payment completed before the early-bird registration, at the GCCE 2017 Registration Site.

Please be sure to complete your payment as early as possible, as it is expected that the on-line system will be highly congested immediately before the deadline which may cause registration failures due to system errors.

For accepted authors

Authors who have two ore more accepted papers can use a special option to register the additional paper. For details, please visit Instructions to Authors.

On-line Registration and Cancellation Fees

The GCCE 2017 Registration Site will end all of the transactions at the deadline of on-line registration.

After that, please contact the secretariat for the registration, and make payment on-site at the reception desk on the day of the conference.

No refunds will be given for any reason whatsoever for cancellations made after the deadline of early-bird registration.

Additional registration or changes for the Accompanying Person Program can be made by the deadline of on-line registration at the Registration Site. For any additions and changes after that date, please contact the secretariat.
