For Accepted Authors
Accepted authors need to complete their registrations by the deadline of Early-bird registrations.
When the final camera-ready manuscripts are not submitted by the deadline, the accepted papers will not be published in GCCE 2017 official proceedings.
When any author doesn't make the Early-bird registration by the deadline, the accepted papers will not be published in the official proceedings, too.
