Video Submission (for Virtual Oral Presenters)
Virtual oral presentations MUST be given in real time (Japan Standard Time). To prevent problems due to unexpected network troubles, virtual oral presenters are strongly recommended to submit a presentation video (MP4, up to 15 minutes) via EDAS. If a serious connection issue occurs, the conference staff may play your video instead of the live presentation.
[Important] Regardless of whether a video has been submitted, if an online oral presenter is absent during the scheduled session time, the paper will be treated as a “NO-SHOW” and will not be published in IEEE Xplore.
