Presentation

15 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for Q&A and 2 minutes for alternation.

• Presentations will be given in the session room as usual.
• The presentation will be transmitted to Zoom by webcam.

Oral (Online)

Presentation

15 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for Q&A and 2 minutes for alternation.

• Enter the room via the Zoom URL shown in the EDAS program (the password will be sent to registered participants by e-mail before the event).
• Presentations will be shared via Zoom.
• If there is a problem, we will play the video submitted in advance.
• Please set Zoom ID as "[Registration Number] [First Name] [Last Name]", e.g., "e99 I. Suzuki".

Files to be submitted (by Oct. 11)

• Final manuscript MUST be submitted (already submitted).
• Presentation video (mp4) MUST be submitted on EDAS (Deadline: Oct. 11).
• The presentation will be online via Zoom, but the video will be played in case of any trouble.

Poster & Demo! (On-site)

Presentation

Presenters will be divided into two groups and present their papers alternately. The core time for each group is for 30 minutes.

• Panel boards for each poster will be provided in the each morning.
• The board is 2.1 meters high and 0.9 meters wide, maximum A0 size (1.190m x 0.841m) poster is available. Materials for attaching the poster, e.g. pushpins, will be at the poster session room.
• Poster & Demo! titles will be indicated in the label on the panel. Please complete setting up your Poster and Demo before the start time of each session.
• Presenters MUST be in front of the poster/demo booth and present during the core time below.

Presentation

• Poster materials (JPEG and PDF) MUST be submitted on EDAS.
• Please enter the Virtual Poster URL listed on EDAS program (the password will be sent to registered participants by e-mail before the event) and move to the vicinity of your poster.
• Please set your displayed name in the SpatialChat as "[Registration Number] [First Name] [Last Name]", e.g., "e99 I. Suzuki".
• For more details, please find the GCCE 2021 SpatialChat Presenters' Manual or GCCE 2021 SpatialChat Audiences' Manual.
• Presenters MUST stand by your virtual poster and present during the core time below.

• The poster will be available online until Oct. 21.

Demo! (Online)

Presentation

Presenters will be divided into two groups and present their papers alternately. The core time for each group is for 30 minutes.

• Online Demo! session will be held in the virtual space, SpacialChat.
• Presentation video MUST be submitted on EDAS.

• Presenters MUST stand by your virtual demo booth and make your demo presentation with its video during the core time below.
