Presentation Guidelines (for ALL presenter)
The instructions for on-demand and on-site presentations are described below.
Presenters who are unable to come to the conference due to reasons such as COVID-19, etc., are encouraged to make their presentations on demand (recorded video).
For on-site presenters, we encourage you to make your on-site presentation plus a video on-demand presentation available. The reason for this is to open the presentation to absent members.
Presentation Guidelines (for on-demand)
Oral Presentations
- As with the on-site presentation, a 15-minute presentation will be given and recorded on video.
- Upload the video to youtube, etc., and send the URL for limited release using google form. -->[Send video URL (Google Form)]<--
- Questions and answers about the presentation are encouraged to use the comments section on youtube.
- The dates of the limited release are preferably from Oct. 13 to Oct. 23.
Poster/Demo! Presentations
- Like the oral presentation, a 15-minute presentation will be given and recorded on video. (Slide presentations are preferred since it may be difficult to present a poster.)
- Upload the video to youtube, etc., and send the URL for limited release using google form. (If you can share your poster PDF, please send the URL to the form!!)
- Questions and answers about the presentation are encouraged to use the comments section on youtube.
- The dates of the limited release are preferably from Oct. 13 to Oct. 23.
- The Demo! presentation should include a working example of the system in action.

Presentation Guidelines (for on-site)
Oral Presentations
20 minutes (approx. 15 + 5) of Oral presentations will include:
- A brief introduction of the speaker by Session Chair
- The body of your presentation
- A brief question-and-answer period
- A setting minute to change over to the next presenter
Please prepare the presenter's brief bio and give it to Session Chairs before beginning of your session.
Each presentation room has a Windows PC with a PowerPoint Viewer and an Adobe Reader. You may also use your own Windows PC or Macintosh via a VGA (DSUB 15-pin) connector.
Poster/Demo! Presentations
A panel board for each poster and demo! will be provided in Poster Session. The panel board is 2.1 meters hight and 0.9 meters wide, and an A0 size (1.190m x 0.841m) poster is available. Materials for attaching the poster, e.g., pushpins, will be provided at the poster session room. Furthermore, for each demo! presentation, a table (W1.8m x D0.6m x H0.7m) will be provided.
During the session, the presenters must be in front of the poster and concentrate on their presentations/demos.
The poster and demo chairs will visit your booth and take photos during the session. Please note that if you are not there, your paper will not appear in the IEEE Xplore.
