Information about the typhoon
We would like to express our sincere condolences to those affected by the typhoon.
Since Osaka was less affected by the typhoon and the safety has been confirmed, we will hold GCCE2019 as scheduled.
However, many traffic obstacles are occurring throughout Japan due to the typhoon.
Therefore, for presenters whose papers are assigned to Day 1 (Oct. 15th), we will accept the change of their presentation schedule if they need to change their schedule due to the traffic obstacles.
In such cases, please contact us.
The latest information will always be posted here.
If you have any problems, please contact us (support@ieee-gcce.org).
Please come to the conference venue without overdoing it.

Currently, a typhoon is approaching Japan. However, the typhoon will pass until we hold the conference, so GCCE2019 will be held as scheduled at this time. Nevertheless, traffic problems may occur on October 12th and 13th. If you have any problems, please send an email to our support (support@ieee-gcce.org).
